A: RETURNS AND CLAIMS. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#), WHICH CAN BE ASSIGNED BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
